Not everyone has a juicer (including me). This is a great video from RawBeets.com, showing you how to juice with your standard kitchen blender.
You just need a blender and a nut milk bag.
Enjoy!

I first got into Burt’s Bees products way back in college (circa 1999) when I started working at Eco conscious store: The E-House Company. I went with the store manager to a Burt’s Bees seminar/training and after hearing the history and story of the company, and loving what they stand for, I definitely wanted to try out their products.

My favorite form of television, currently, is anything that involves food. It could be the history of food, how to cook food, where does food come from, cooks competitively preparing food, food eating other food – it doesn’t matter. I’ll watch it. There is a definite outcome with this type of entertainment; in the end you see food. There are no story arcs or character development, just a succession of scenes depicting various materials as they go … Read More

It’s going to be 95 today on the east coast! Here’s an easy raw recipe for “ice cream” without all the preservatives and extras our body doesn’t really need.
You will need:
1-2 frozen bananas sliced up.
1/2-1cup Cacoa Nibs
A food processor or high speed blender.
Place frozen bananas & Caco Nibs in food processor and blend until soft serve consistency.
Scoop into 1-2 small bowls or glasses.
You can make this into a sundae by adding cashew cream and goji berries or raisins.
Enjoy!

**This also makes a great parfait, cut pineapple smaller and alternate between the pineapple and yogurt. Use wine glasses to make it fancier.
