Chilled Cucumber Dill Soup

Cucumber Dill Soup (Serves 3-4) You will need: 3 Cucumbers, peeled and de-seeded 1 cup of Vegan Yogurt (regular works too) Small bunch of Dill, chopped up. S & P to taste Place all the ingredients into a food processor & blend well. Pour into bowls and enjoy! Garnish with more dill if you desire.
